The Philippines is home to one of the fastest growing outsourcing hubs not just in Asia but in the world. The local workforce has also developed to not only offer just call centre capacity but also fill highly specialised and skilled roles. Already $35-billion industry, outsourcing in the country is projected to pull in an estimated $59 billion come 2028.

With the Philippine outsourcing market surging, KMC found it the perfect time to capitalise. KMC is one of the country’s leading BPOs, perfectly positioning them to expand their clientele even further. The challenge lied in reaching diverse markets all over the globe and communicating the advantages of the Philippines compared to long-established outsourcing companies.

Solution
APEX Strategy has extensive experience connecting leaders around the world, generated leads, connected companies, and hosted virtual events all over the globe. To help meet KMC’s goal, APEX Strategy organised a series of virtual roundtables, leveraged their reach to set appointments with executives across sectors, and provided KMC with extensive sets of clean, verified data.

The results
KMC Solutions, with the assistance of APEX Strategy, was able to expand its presence and reach in the UK, APAC, ANZ, and NA regions through a series of intimate executive knowledge-sharing events.
From April to July 2023, the two companies orchestrated 5 virtual events in the diverse set of locations. APEX successfully engaged 87 top-tier executives from these regions, with 58 participating in their exclusive roundtable dinners. 112 qualified leads, and counting, were generated by APEX Strategy, empowering KMC to nurture these high-quality leads deeper into their sales process. The benefits and advantages offered by the Philippine outsourcing market and KMC’s services became evident as the executives in attendance acknowledged the potential to drive growth, retain cost-effectiveness, and enter new markets.
In summation, the executive roundtables steered and meetings set by APEX Strategy for KMC Solutions have been a resounding success.
